The Program Director provides strategic leadership and oversight for Kidznotes’ music education programs in Durham. This role is responsible for program quality, staff leadership and development, school and district partnerships, program evaluation, and long-term program planning. Oversee the implementation and quality of Kidznotes music education programs across all program sites. Develop and monitor annual program budgets in collaboration with organizational leadership. 4–6 years of experience in arts, music, education, or youth program leadership.
