Program Manager – Music Industry Operations & Operational Excellence

Responsible for supporting large-scale music industry initiatives and operational excellence programs within a global music organization. This role partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders—including artists, labels, and managers—to drive execution of programs that enhance content delivery, fan engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

The position blends program management and operational improvement, requiring a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Experience Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in program management, operations, or related fields
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Team & Function Overview
• Part of a global music industry operations team focused on program management and operational efficiency
• Supports large-scale initiatives across music content, artist campaigns, and cultural events
• Works closely with artists, record labels, managers, and internal business teams
• Team operates across multiple global offices with a highly collaborative structure
• Role focused on operational excellence while contributing to broader team initiatives

Core Responsibilities
• Support execution of large-scale program initiatives across the music industry space
• Contribute to operational excellence efforts, including process improvements and workflow optimization
• Manage and track project plans across an annual slate of initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on program goals and execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders across content, partnerships, and operations
• Utilize tools such as:
• Monday.com
• Salesforce
• Assist in developing and maintaining scalable workflows and standardized processes
• Support communication and coordination with internal and external partners
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in tooling, release planning, and team collaboration
Work Environment
• Monday–Friday, standard business hours (9am–5pm)
• No overtime, weekend, or holiday requirements
• Fast-paced and dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Highly collaborative, global team with frequent cross-office interaction

Must-Have Skills
• Experience with project management and workflow tools:

• Familiarity with AI tools and ability to leverage them in workflows

• Attention to detail and high standards for execution
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience in music industry operations (e.g., record labels or artist management)
• Familiarity with additional project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar platforms)
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Background in operations with a focus on process improvement
