Location: Seattle, WA | Duration: 8 months | About the Role: The Global Industry Operations team is seeking a Program Manager I to drive Operational Excellence tooling projects. Lead creation, management, and enhancement of Monday.com boards for operational projects.Oversee the Project Management Hub within Monday.com, increasing functionality and integration with Finance systems.Partner with Operational Excellence teams to drive Monday/Salesforce integration projects.Support large-scale cross-organizational campaigns and initiatives, including live events, artist campaigns, and major company priorities.Identify opportunities to improve content workflows, release planning, and cross-team collaboration.Communicate effectively with internal and external partners across departments. Experience in industry operations (e.g., record labels, artist management).Knowledge of other project management tools like Asana.Minimum 4 years of experience in operations/project management.
