The Site Coordinator will be the head administrator for select Program sites and responsible for the program’s grant compliance, when applicable. • Schedule regular meetings (either on-site or virtual) with Program instructors to assess their programming needs. • Report evaluation findings to the Education and Community Programs Manager and the Education and Artistic Development Specialist and recommend changes to enhance the program as appropriate • Lead: Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization • Organize: Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress toward goals, and track details, data, information, and activities.
