Musician shall provide services in coordination with the chaplain in charge of the service for regularly scheduled worship services, special services/events or seasonal observances. 2.1.1 Musician shall ensure any substitutions of personnel have met the education and/or experience qualifications (instrument and vocals) and abilities of replaced individual to the approval of the contracting officer and the worship service chaplain to include meeting all the responsibilities listed in this statement of work. 2.3.1 Pastoral authority is assumed by the service chaplain to ensure that all members of the Traditional Service team (to include the contract musician) are held to the direction and guidance of mission and care of JBER service members and families who attend the service. 3.2.3 Musician/submusicians shall ensure that all equipment is removed from the place of worship at the end of the service. 4.2 Musician shall plan on providing the services of one (1) Musician for the JBER Traditional Worship Service.
