Role Description The Publishing Manager is a full-time, remote role located in Los Angeles, CA. In this position, the Publishing Manager will oversee the administration and operational aspects of music publishing, including royalty tracking, copyright registration, song catalog deliveries and licensing agreements. The role involves managing relationships with songwriters, composers, and industry professionals, developing long-term publishing strategies, and identifying opportunities for catalog growth.

The Publishing
Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with industry regulations and ensuring efficient workflows.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in music publishing, including copyright registration, licensing, and royalty processing
Proficiency in detail-oriented tasks such as data management, financial reporting, and contracts administration
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively liaise with songwriters, composers, and industry stakeholders
Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and execute publishing strategies
Experience in project management and ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with global music rights organizations and strong understanding of licensing regulations
Proficiency with Curve Royalty System/Publishing is preferred
Fluency in Spanish is preferred
