Join our team at Live Nation Clubs & Theaters, a division of Live Nation Entertainment, and help create unforgettable live music experiences. We're looking for a **Purchasing/Receiving** team member to work at our Las Vegas venue. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that everything from supplies to inventory is managed smoothly and efficiently.
## What You'll Do
You'll handle the purchase, receipt, and inventory of all house supplies. This includes checking deliveries against purchase orders and invoices, securing liquor, wine, and consumables, and following our approval process for goods ordered. You'll rotate stock to keep things fresh, properly secure all incoming products, and input invoices and liquor transfers as needed. Inventory control—especially for liquor and other high-value items—is key, as is organizing and maintaining all storerooms throughout the venue. You'll also help fulfill band riders, sometimes by procuring goods from local retail stores, and manage the pickup and delivery of linens and recyclables. We'll rely on you to check product quality, log credits, label seafood items properly, and contact service agencies when needed. Keeping our back dock and receiving areas clean, organized, and safe is a must.
## What We're Looking For
- **1-3 years of previous purchasing/receiving experience**
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs waist high and with the aid of a hand truck
- A High School diploma
- A college degree is preferred
- You should be comfortable with frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and moving heavy objects
