The Quality Improvement & Impact Analytics (QIIA) Manager serves as the principal Quality and Impact leader for NOMAF by assessing, planning... designing, and implementing a State-of- the-Art Healthcare Management System and conducting non-profit Impact analysis to advise on best practices and policies that can foster improvements in organizational outcomes, effectiveness, and efficiencies. The QIIA Manager provides strategic leadership across all operational units to ensure the highest standards of quality for achieving operational excellence in non-profit business practices and long-term positive Impacts on the health of musicians and the New Orleans music culture. Strategic Healthcare System and Non-profit Management to implement Continuous Quality Improvement strategies that increase effectiveness of organization-wide processes, transparency of service and program Impacts, and non-profit financial performance Assessment of technology capacity for interoperability to maximize operational performance and data accessibility for Impact assessments • Formal training and experience in Healthcare Systems Management and Financial Management
