Recruiter/Social Media Manager

Bold Music Lessons is the Carolinas’ premier music lesson provider. Bold Music is made up of a smart, fun, and flexible team and we’re looking for someone who matches our energy, passion, curiosity and work ethic! In order to continue expanding our services to teachers and families across our markets and in future markets, we are looking for a self-motivated, determined and disciplined employee to add to our team. In addition to these responsibilities, as full time employee number three, this person will be asked to perform a variety of other administrative and customer service tasks. Responsibilities: As recruiter • Own the recruitment of new music teachers in all markets • Network and form relationships with key sources of new instructors (such as colleges, music performance venues, and musician associations) • Pitch new teachers on the benefits of Bold’s teacher-first work culture and competitive pay and schedules • Drive teacher demand forecasting, coordinating with the advertising and operations teams to predict future teacher needs • Develop a marketing strategy for passive recruiting • Own process improvement across recruiting, hiring and onboarding • Revamp and improve the screening process • Drive efficiencies and automation in the onboarding process that will help with scaling bottlenecks while not sacrificing quality As social media manager • Manage and create content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) • Create a content schedule and strategy • Grow our digital audience and community • Interact with our online audience • Drive social engagement • Research and implement the latest and best tools to drive growth across platforms Other responsibilities: Pitch in!
