As the Regional Lessons Business Partner, you will provide strategic leadership and performance oversight for a defined region of Guitar Center lessons programs. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Music Education, this role is responsible for leading and developing a team of four Lessons Lead Area Specialists, ensuring consistent execution of instructional standards, student growth initiatives, and operational excellence across assigned districts. The Regional Lessons Business Partner partners closely with the Regional Vice President, District Managers, Store Managers, and cross-functional teams to drive student growth, retention, instructional quality, and program profitability through structured field leadership and accountability. Leadership and Team Management: • Directly manage and develop a team of four Lessons Lead Area Specialists • Establish clear performance expectations, conduct regular one-on-ones and provide coaching in alignment with program performance goals • Evaluate Area Specialist performance, set regional performance expectations and drive accountability for student growth, instructional quality and execution standards across assigned districts Customer Service Excellence • Monitor customer experience metrics across the region and ensure corrective action plans are executed by Area Specialists and local leadership.
