In-School and Virtual programming set-up • Communicate with schools about the programs offered • Establish a relationship and direct communication channel with school authorities, assistant principals, teachers, students and if necessary parents. • Review and establish with the Program Director schedules and calendar for the school year. • Overview the Teacher placement and teacher needs. Check class feedback daily, contact the teacher if any issues arise in coordination with Academic and Data Manager • Inform PD and school teachers of changes made in school. • Inform teacher of login/permit credentials (Contractor ID) • YMU Teacher calling out (find sub for class; if sub is not available, sit in for the teacher and watch the students - fun activities and music videos) • Make sure rosters and student numbers per class stay consistent • Communicate with teachers and school authorities on any irregularities with student rosters, attendance or behavioral issues.
