Position Overview As an Adaptive Music Instructor, you will lead individualized music lessons that are customized to the strengths, interests, and goals of each participant. Qualifications • Proficiency in at least one musical instrument or vocal instruction (required) • Experience teaching or supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral support needs • Ability to plan engaging, goal-driven music activities for nontraditional learners • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to sessions • Strong interpersonal, communication, and recordkeeping skills • Empower students to grow through music in a creative and inclusive environment • Take the lead in designing your own lessons with behaviorally-informed strategies • Enjoy a flexible schedule with paid orientation, supervision, and team support • Make a difference by combining your clinical skills and artistic talents
