The Registrar is responsible for accurate enrollment and registration of all students for every Stanford Jazz Workshop (SJW) program. The Registrar has primary responsibility for managing the “Registrar” database, customer service with all students, parents, and other stakeholders, and is the main point of contact with Stanford Conference Services for all summer operations. Responsibilities: • Responsible for all registration, office and counselor staff in preparation for and during SJW’s Stanford residency. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, take initiative, and be proactive with attention to detail.
