As you can tell, customer service and a positive, friendly attitude in the work place is a must for any candidate to be considered. You must have experience with band gear (drums, amps, PA, etc), excellent communication skills, and a very flexible schedule. While on your shift, you will be solely responsible for the proper functioning of the rehearsal studio.
