Resident Director

Berklee is looking for a dedicated, "live-in" professional to serve as a Resident Director (RD). In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of a residential community of up to 450 students, fostering an environment where young musicians and performers can grow both personally and artistically. You will lead a staff of 3–12 Resident Assistants (RAs) and manage the day-to-day operations of your assigned hall(s).
