Resident Musician

We're seeking a passionate Resident Musician who can turn ordinary moments into extraordinary memories. Expect to commit to a minimum of 12-24 hours per week, predominantly during weekend mornings and evenings from Thursday to Sunday. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform live music on piano or guitar, and vocals, with an emphasis on covers of popular songsCoordinate talent booking for additional time slots throughout the propertyTransform breakfast, brunch, and evening gatherings into unforgettable experiences with your warm and inviting musical presenceCollaborate with hotel management to craft a dynamic and seasonally appropriate musical selection, making every moment specialEngage with guests, taking song requests, and creating personalized musical experiences that theyll remember long after their stayUphold a professional and amiable demeanor, enhancing the hotel's positive ambianceMaintain and care for musical instruments and equipment to ensure optimal performanceREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Be ready to showcase your talent in an in-person audition as part of our exciting interview processPrior hospitality experience is preferred, showcasing an understanding of the hospitality environment and guest service expectationsFlexibility in availability, with a willingness to work primarily during weekends and adapt to changing schedules as neededDemonstrated experience and proficiency in playing piano, guitar, and vocalsSubmission of a resume and music samples as part of the application process Compensation details: 100000-150000 Yearly Salary
