The Retail Customer Service Associate position provides impeccable customer service to our guests while promoting our retail products and the museum. While actively welcoming and providing service to our guests, information will be provided regarding events such as our awards show and other happenings outlined by management. Actively engaging with all museum and gift shop guests. Know and become proficient in the products we sell in our gift shop, and have a working knowledge of exhibits within the museum. Providing management with customer comments about merchandise, experiences in the museum, etc.
