As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work. In this role, you will interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience while servicing customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. You will also maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Selling skills are also important, as you will work through the Guitar Center certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
