Your Role: As a Retail Music Sales Consultant, your primary goal will be to exceed individual sales targets while supporting the overall objectives of the store. • Drive sales to surpass personal sales goals • Promote our Music & Arts lesson programs • Network with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to create new business • Develop customer relationships and deliver compelling sales presentations • Provide outstanding customer service to enhance every shopping experience • Encourage customer loyalty through excellent service • Be actively involved in store operations, including merchandising and displays • Ensure store security and maintain a safe environment • Complete additional duties as assigned.
