Your Role:
As a Retail Music Sales Consultant, your primary goal will be to exceed individual sales targets while supporting the overall objectives of the store. You'll be an integral part of our team, promoting music lessons and building strong relationships with customers.

Drive sales to surpass personal sales goalsPromote our Music & Arts lesson programsNetwork with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to create new businessDevelop customer relationships and deliver compelling sales presentationsProvide outstanding customer service to enhance every shopping experienceEncourage customer loyalty through excellent serviceBe actively involved in store operations, including merchandising and displaysEnsure store security and maintain a safe environmentComplete additional duties as assigned.Why Choose Music & Arts?
