Key Responsibilities:

Achieve personal sales goals consistently to boost store performance.Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to inspire budding musicians.Build connections with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to create new business opportunities.Develop strong customer relationships and deliver engaging sales presentations.Provide outstanding customer service to enhance every shopper's experience.Encourage and foster customer loyalty.Assist in all areas of the store's operations, including merchandising and displays.Maintain store security protocols, including access to keys and alarms.Perform additional tasks as assigned.Why Join Music & Arts? Skills, Experience, and Education Required:

Minimum Requirements:
