Key Responsibilities:

Exceed personal sales targets and contribute to overall store success. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to attract and develop new students. Build business by networking with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations. Offer compelling sales presentations and improve customer relationships through effective communication. Provide outstanding customer service that fosters loyalty. Engage in various store operations, including merchandising and product displays. Ensure store security measures are upheld, including managing keys and alarm codes. Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. 2 years of relevant work experience in a retail environment. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music theory.
