As a Retail Music Store Manager, you will be at the forefront of our store's daily operations, driving sales while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about music and excels in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the sales team, providing support and motivation to achieve their sales goals. Monitor financial performance, inventory levels, and important statistics to optimize store operations. Ensure that all products are readily available for customers and are presented attractively. Manage payroll, recruit, hire, and train team members in accordance with company standards. Oversee daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts. Promote and support the Music & Arts lesson program, collaborating with teachers and staff. Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications:
