Retail Music Store Supervisor

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr based on experience.

This position participates in the Music & Arts Company bonus program based on Company performance.

Overview: Join us as a Retail Music Store Supervisor, where you will lead our sales and operations team to deliver amazing customer service while driving sales in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets through coaching and support. Monitor financial data, inventory, and sales statistics to ensure success. Ensure all products are available for purchase and presented well in-store. Oversee payroll processes and manage the recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff. Handle daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services. Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and provide assistance to instructors. Deliver outstanding customer service and address customer needs effectively. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Why Choose Music & Arts? Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent, 2 years of relevant work experience. Preferred Requirements: 3-5 years of retail experience, a strong interest and experience in music.
