As a Guitar Repair Technician at Guitar Center, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: • Interacting with customers to ensure a positive customer experience • Servicing customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship • Maintaining store owned gear, as requested • Completing warranty repair work • Additional duties as assigned • Initiative: You identify opportunities & issues and follow through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them, able to learn quickly and take positive action without being requested to do so. • Selling: You can work through our certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques. • Training: You can effectively train learners and communicate information and techniques so that they are retained. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will enable you to provide top-notch service to our clients.
