As a Retail Operations Leader, you will be pivotal in managing our daily sales and operational activities while ensuring outstanding customer service. We are seeking a dynamic leader who can motivate and inspire our sales team to exceed their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Analyze financial performance, inventory levels, and key metrics to make strategic decisions.
• Maintain product availability and visual standards to enhance the shopping experience.
• Oversee payroll processes, recruitment, hiring, and training to cultivate a strong team.
• Manage daily operations concerning institutional sales and rental services for assigned clients.
• Advocate for the Music & Arts lesson program and support our educators.
• Provide exemplary customer service to foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Perform additional tasks as necessary to contribute to the store's overall success.

Compensation: Starting at $19.00 - $21.00/hr plus bonuses, commensurate with location, experience, and background.

Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in retail management.
• A passion for music and musical skills.
