Retail Operations Manager

As a Retail Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving daily sales and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. Lead and inspire the sales team through coaching, counseling, and providing support to meet sales goals.Monitor and analyze financial data, inventory, and other relevant metrics to ensure store performance.Oversee product availability and attractive display arrangements throughout the store.Manage employee payroll, recruitment, hiring, and training to build a strong team.Oversee and execute daily operational tasks related to sales and rental services for all assigned accounts.Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and provide assistance to our teachers.Deliver exceptional customer service to every visitor.Perform additional duties as assigned.Why Choose Music & Arts?
