As a Retail Operations Manager, you will lead daily sales and operational activities while ensuring an exceptional level of customer service. Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages our customers to explore and enjoy our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspire and guide the Sales team through coaching, support, and motivation to surpass their sales goals.Monitor financial performance, inventory levels, and other vital metrics to drive store efficiency.Ensure products are well-stocked and presented attractively for our customers.Oversee payroll management, recruitment, hiring, and training of store staff to build a high-performing team.Execute daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rentals for assigned accounts.Promote our Music & Arts lesson program and provide assistance to instructors.Deliver outstanding customer service to every visitor, making each interaction memorable.Perform additional duties as assigned to support store initiatives.Why Choose Music & Arts?

High School Diploma or Equivalent.2 years of relevant management experience.Preferred Skills:
