As a Retail Store Leader, you will oversee daily sales operations while ensuring top-notch customer service standards are met. If you have a passion for music and retail management, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the sales team through coaching, motivation, and support to help them achieve sales goals.Monitor financial data, inventory levels, and other essential statistics to maintain store efficiency.Ensure all products are available for purchase and are attractively displayed.Handle payroll processes, as well as the recruiting, hiring, and training of store staff.Execute daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts.Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and support our talented teachers.Deliver exceptional customer service to every visitor in our store.Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to contribute to the store's success.Why Join Music & Arts? Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on your location, background, and experience. This position is also eligible for bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.2 years of relevant work experience.Preferred Qualifications:
