Retail Store Leader

This position allows you to participate in the Music & Arts Company bonus program based on overall company performance. If you have a passion for music and retail management, this is the perfect role for you! Lead and inspire the sales team through coaching, motivation, and support to help them achieve sales goals.Monitor financial data, inventory levels, and other essential statistics to maintain store efficiency.Ensure all products are available for purchase and are attractively displayed.Handle payroll processes, as well as the recruiting, hiring, and training of store staff.Execute daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts.Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and support our talented teachers.Deliver exceptional customer service to every visitor in our store.Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to contribute to the store's success.Why Join Music & Arts?
