As a Retail Store Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our daily sales operations, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and meet our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the sales team with coaching, motivation, and support to achieve sales goals.Monitor and analyze financial data, inventory levels, and key performance metrics.Ensure that all merchandise is fully stocked and presented in an appealing manner.Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, and management of store employees.Execute daily operational tasks related to customer accounts and institutional sales.Advocate for and promote our Music & Arts lesson programs.Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance each customer's experience.Perform additional duties as required to support store operations.Why Choose Music & Arts?

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, plus bonuses based on location, background, and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.2 years of relevant experience in retail management.Preferred Qualifications:
