Join Our Team as a Retail Store Supervisor!

As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will lead daily sales and operations while ensuring exceptional customer service. Your leadership will inspire the sales team to achieve their goals and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives. Monitor financial data, inventory, and other performance metrics regularly. Ensure all products are available for purchase and well-displayed. Oversee payroll, recruiting, hiring, and training of store staff. Execute operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts. Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and provide support to teachers. Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Complete additional duties as assigned to support store operations. About Music & Arts

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00/hr plus bonuses based on location, background, and experience.
