Rights Owner

You will work across product, technology, licensing, royalty operations, finance and commercial teams to turn content and rights into clear product value, revenue and contribution margin. You will start with a focused portfolio of strategic partners, establish the operating model and create the playbook for how Muse grows rights-led revenue over time. The role is expected to evolve into ownership of the Rights Growth P&L, including the growth strategy, partner portfolio, commercial model and team. You will work with a strong cross-functional leadership group, build the operating model from the ground up and have a clear path to own a growing P&L and business vertical. Use revenue, royalty and margin data to reset priorities and improve the partner plan; feed rights gaps, demand signals, usage and partner insight back into acquisition, product and monetization strategy.
