We handle the marketing, scheduling, booking, and other business aspects of the lessons & group classes so that you can focus on teaching.B2R offers an hourly rate that is based on education, experience, expertise, and availability. Position Responsibilities: Teach bands and ensembles using the B2R curriculum and cover song arrangementsGuide students in developing their own original musicCreate an encouraging, fun, and focused rehearsal atmosphereAssist at B2R eventsMay repair equipment as needed Requirements: Multi-instrumentalists are strongly preferredMust demonstrate an understanding of music theory and be able to communicate those concepts to studentsEffective time management and organizational skills to keep a group of students on task in a productive rehearsalComfortable with working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of personalitiesAn experienced performer and band leader/member (required)Experience working with young and beginning musicians (required)Ability to interact effectively with both children and adultsAbility to pass a background checkB2R offers an hourly rate that is based on education, experience, expertise, and availability This Bach to Rock is locally owned and operated by 757 Music Inc. 757 Music Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
