Rock Music Coach

Music Coach for Small Groups We are seeking a skilled Music Coach to work with small groups of young musicians, teaching them to collaborate and perform together as a band. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching music and be able to inspire students to develop their own original music. • Teaching Responsibilities: • Teach bands and ensembles using our curriculum and song arrangements • Guide students in developing their own original music • Create a fun and focused rehearsal atmosphere • Assist at events Requirements: • Multi-instrumentalists are strongly preferred • Demonstrate an understanding of music theory and ability to communicate it to students • Effective time management and organizational skills to keep a group of students on task • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with diverse personalities • An experienced performer and band leader/member (required) • Experience working with young and beginning musicians (required) We Offer: • A flexible part-time schedule in a fun environment • No prior marketing, scheduling, or business responsibilities This is a great opportunity for a musician who wants to share their passion and inspire others.
