The Musician shall provide a resume to MMI together with three recommendations prior to the interview date which identifies musician personnel’s professional and spiritual understanding of church music, determined by a history of working specifically in development of musical worship plans. The Musician shall attend, participate and perform at worship services. 2.3.1.1.3 Musician shall not exceed 52 worship services per contract year. 2.4.1.1 The number of rehearsals for worship service shall not exceed 52 in a contract 5.2.4.2.1 The number of rehearsals for special services shall not exceed 52 in a year.
