Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and surpass personal sales targets to contribute to the store’s overall success.Promote our unique Music & Arts lesson program to enhance community engagement.Build lasting relationships by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and local organizations.Deliver compelling sales presentations that leverage your training and knowledge.Exceed customer expectations through outstanding service and support.Encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.Participate actively in merchandising, store displays, and overall cleanliness.Help maintain store security protocols.Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support store operations.Why Choose Music & Arts? Minimum Requirements:
