Are you passionate about music and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for individuals who can consistently meet sales goals, support our store's objectives, and take on leadership responsibilities within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store success.Effectively promote our Music & Arts lesson programs.Network with local schools, teachers, churches, and community organizations to create business opportunities.Build strong customer relationships and deliver engaging sales presentations based on effective sales training.Provide top-notch customer service to every visitor.Encourage and foster customer loyalty.Participate actively in various store operations including merchandising, creating displays, and maintaining store organization.Ensure store security procedures are followed, including management of keys and alarm codes.Take on additional tasks as needed to support overall store operations.Why Work with Us?

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED is required.A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales.Sound knowledge of musical instruments and music composition.About Us:
