Achieve and surpass personal sales goals to contribute to the overall success of the store. Promote our engaging Music & Arts lesson program to potential students. Network with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to create new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing compelling sales presentations. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Encourage customer loyalty through effective engagement and support. Participate in merchandising, creating captivating displays, and maintaining store appearance. Ensure the security of the store, managing perimeter and register keys as well as personal alarm codes. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support team goals. Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and written music is essential. About Us:
