Position OverviewJinny’s Music Studio is looking for a part-time Sales & Marketing Assistant to help grow studio bookings, recording sessions, recital rentals, rehearsal rentals, teacher partnerships, memberships, private events, and inventory sales. Main ResponsibilitiesFollow up with leads by email, phone, text, and booking platformsHelp convert inquiries into recording sessions, rehearsals, recitals, memberships, private events, and venue rentalsReach out to musicians, teachers, parents, schools, churches, local arts groups, and community organizationsExplain studio services, pricing, availability, packages, and booking options clearly and professionallyTrack inquiries, follow-ups, client notes, and sales opportunitiesAssist with inventory and product salesSupport basic marketing, including social media posts, Google Business updates, event promotion, and community outreachHelp promote studio services, special offers, teacher partnerships, and upcoming eventsHelp host rehearsals, recitals, recording sessions, or private events when neededOpen, close, and reset the studio for scheduled bookingsKeep the studio clean, organized, welcoming, and professional Are comfortable with sales, follow-up, and client communicationEnjoy helping people choose the right service or packageAre organized and can keep track of leads, conversations, and next stepsHave experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, music, events, teaching, or marketingAppreciate classical music, performance, education, and creative spacesAre dependable enough to represent the studio professionallyAre self-motivated and interested in growing with a small but ambitious music business How to ApplyPlease send your resume through this job post along with a short note about your interest in the role.
