Sales and Operations Manager

We're looking for a passionate and driven Sales and Operations Manager to lead our retail store. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service while managing daily sales and operations. You'll also be eligible for our Music & Arts Company bonus program based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets with coaching and support.Monitor financial data, inventory, and performance metrics to ensure store efficiency.Ensure all products are well-stocked and displayed attractively for customers.Oversee payroll processes, including recruitment, hiring, and training of staff.Execute daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services.Promote our Music & Arts lesson program and provide assistance to teachers.Deliver outstanding customer service to every visitor in the store.Complete additional duties as assigned.Why Work with Us?

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00/hr plus bonus, based on location, background, and experience.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.Preferred Qualifications:
