Key Responsibilities:

Consistently exceed your personal sales targets and contribute to store performance. Promote our engaging Music & Arts lesson program to potential customers. Build valuable relationships with schools, teachers, churches, and community organizations. Deliver persuasive sales presentations using your knowledge from our comprehensive training. Ensure excellent customer service for every customer interaction. Foster customer loyalty through meaningful engagement. Be involved in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising and display creation. Maintain security within the store environment. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications:
