Key Responsibilities:

Achieve individual sales targets consistently. Engage customers by promoting our Music & Arts lesson programs. Build connections with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to generate new business. Create customer relationships through compelling sales presentations utilizing our training. Provide exceptional service to ensure a satisfying shopping experience. Encourage customer loyalty through excellent support. Assist with various operations within the store, including merchandising and maintaining displays. Help maintain store security protocols. Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail or sales. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music theory. About Us:
