The primary goal of this position is to consistently exceed individual sales targets while supporting the overall sales and profit objectives of the store. We are looking for passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and willing to take on advanced responsibilities within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales to surpass personal sales goals.Promote the Music & Arts lesson program actively.Build business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.Cultivate customer relationships by delivering engaging sales presentations grounded in our training.Demonstrate excellent customer service to every visitor.Encourage customer loyalty through exceptional service.Engage in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, displays, and overall maintenance.Ensure store security by managing keys and alarm codes appropriately.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Why Choose Music & Arts?

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.Strong knowledge of musical instruments and written music is essential.
