Your role will be vital in helping us achieve our sales and profit goals while delivering top-notch customer service and taking on key responsibilities in our store.

Surpass your individual sales targets and contribute to our overall success. Encourage participation in our Music & Arts lesson program. Build relationships with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to drive business. Provide exceptional customer relationships and engaging sales presentations based on our training. Deliver outstanding customer service to every visitor. Foster customer loyalty through meaningful interactions. Participate in various store operations such as merchandising, display setups, and maintenance. Assist in maintaining store security, including key management and alarm code responsibilities. Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED is required. 2 years of relevant work experience preferred. Deep knowledge of musical instruments and written music is essential. About Music & Arts:
