Key Responsibilities:
Exceed personal sales targets by utilizing your sales techniques and product knowledge.Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to potential customers.Build and nurture business relationships with educators, community organizations, and local churches.Create engaging and informative sales presentations based on our training programs.Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for every visitor.Encourage customer loyalty through follow-ups and personalized service.Assist in various in-store operations such as merchandising, setting up displays, and maintaining store appearance.Ensure store security measures are upheld, including managing keys and alarm codes.Perform additional tasks as needed to support store operations.Why Choose Music & Arts? Essential Skills and Qualifications:
