Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire your sales team through coaching, motivation, and support to achieve sales goals.Monitor financial performance and inventory levels to optimize store operations.Ensure all products are well-stocked and attractively displayed for customers.Manage staff recruitment, hiring, training, and payroll to build a strong team.Handle daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts.Promote our Music & Arts lesson program and provide assistance to educators.Deliver exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences for every shopper.Perform additional tasks as assigned to enhance store performance.Why Choose Music & Arts? What We Need From You:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.A minimum of 2 years in a relevant management role.Preferred Qualifications:
