We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Manager to oversee our retail operations and elevate our customer service standards. This role combines leadership, business acumen, and a love for music to create an engaging shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the sales team through coaching, motivation, and guidance to achieve their sales goals. Monitor and analyze financial data, inventory levels, and performance metrics regularly. Ensure all products are available for customers and displayed effectively within the store. Manage payroll, recruitment, hiring, and training of store employees to maintain a skilled workforce. Execute daily operational tasks for all assigned institutional sales and rental services accounts. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program and offer assistance to teachers as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to enhance customer satisfaction. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support business operations. Why Choose Music & Arts?

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00/hr plus bonuses based on location and individual experience.

Qualifications Required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. 2 years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications:
