We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to help drive outbound prospecting, support inbound demand, and grow our social presence as we scale in 2026. Must-Haves / Requirements: • 2 years of professional work experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles • College degree preferred, with preference given to degrees in related fields (such as Marketing, Business, or Music Business) • Comfortable writing clearly and communicating professionally • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn fast • A self-starter, motivated by goals, growth, and measurable progress • Interested in music, creators, live events, or digital platforms This position offers a base salary range of $45,000-$55,000 annually, and includes a commission incentive based on performance metrics. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon various factors including, but not limited to, work experience, geographic location and relevant skills.
