As a Sales Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the daily sales and operations of our store while ensuring exceptional customer service is at the forefront of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the sales team through coaching, mentoring, and providing essential resources to achieve and exceed their sales targets. Monitor and analyze financial data, inventory levels, and other key metrics to maintain optimal store performance. Ensure that all products are fully stocked and displayed in an appealing manner for customers. Oversee staff management including payroll, recruitment, hiring, and training to build a strong team. Execute operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services consistently across all assigned accounts. Promote and support our Music & Arts lesson program while assisting teachers in delivering quality music education. Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00/hr plus bonuses based on location, background, and experience.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications:
