We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative for Music Products who will help us achieve our sales objectives while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to take on senior-level responsibilities within our store, contributing to both individual and team success.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales consistently to exceed personal targets. Promote our Music & Arts lesson programs to customers. Build connections by networking with local teachers, schools, churches, and community groups. Develop strong customer relationships and deliver engaging sales presentations using our sales training. Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Encourage customer loyalty through excellent interactions and follow-ups. Contribute to store operations, including merchandising, display setups, and maintenance. Ensure store security by handling keys and alarm codes responsibly. Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00/hr plus commission based on your location, experience, and background.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED is required. 2 years of relevant work experience preferred. Knowledge of musical instruments and written music is essential.
